At Sleepy Panda every customer is a VIP to us. We have created our delivery service to be convenient to you. 

 

Delivery Policy

We deliver to all postcodes within the UK.

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days.

We contact customers 24 to 48 hours before their delivery so they can make approriate arrangements.

Should you require a different date please contact us at-least 1 day prior to your scheduled delivery by 8pm e.g. A delivery scheduled for Wednesday, would need to contact us for re-arrange by 8pm Tuesday.  

 

Doorstep Delivery: Our delivery team will deliver your order to the first accessible ground floor door of the premises. 

 

Bedroom Delivery with Assembly: Our two man assembly specialist team will deliver the item to a room of your choice and assemble the Bed for you. 

 

We deliver Monday - Sunday between 7am to 6pm. 

Please ensure your contact information is correct as delivery information is sent via text message.

We will text the number you provide 24-48 hours before delivery to provide you with both a delivery date and time slot.

If we're unable to deliver the goods on the day of delivery (for example because the specified delivery location is vacant) you may be charged a redelivery fee of £49.

Headboards only orders will be delivered by courier service.

 

The following areas will incur a delivery surcharge: Scotland, Northern Island, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

 

 

What to expect on day of delivery

We’ll send you a text message on the day of delivery to reconfirm your estimated time slot.

Should assembly be required we ask that you please clear the room and pathway to the room for delivery in advance.
