Returns Policy
At Sleepy Panda we believe in treating others as we would expect to be treated.
We understand purchasing a bed & mattress is an important decision which is why every order is bespoke made.
Our priority is to ensure you are satisfied with your order.
Should you need an Exchange or Return we have created this policy to clearly outline the process.
Order Amendments - Within 24 hours
You have 24 hours after placing your order to change any detail free of charge.
This includes the size of the product you've chosen, your delivery address, and even your delivery date. You can change your delivery date and address online by visiting manage my order. For all other changes please contact us via our live chat or email us via our contact us page
After 24 hours you may be charged an administration fee of up to 20% depending on the changes requested and whether production of the order has begun.
Cancellation prior to delivery
Every order is bespoke made to order.
Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 24 hour cooling off period in which you can cancel your order.
You will need to contact our live chat team or email us via our contact us page within this time period in order to cancel.
Once the 24 hour cooling off period has passed, you may cancel but there will be up to a 20% administration fee charge if the order has begun production.
Returns after delivery
Beds, mattresses and other large items can also be returned if you let our live chat team know within 14 days of delivery.
We’re able to arrange the collection of return items as well as exchanges.
For returns items you have a responsibility to take care of the goods while they remain in your possession.
There will be a £50 returns deduction to arrange for the return.
Any damage of the items whilst in your possession will be chargeable.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery of the order.

Refunds
We’ll raise any refunds at the time of cancellation, and they’ll be processed when the goods to be returned have reached us or been collected.
Please note the cash may take 3-5 working days to reach your account due to the Shopify/banking process.
